Payroll and STP
Hi Michael,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
You can provide employee access to their pay slips by setting up access in the Employee Portal access in your payroll settings. Here's how to:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Payroll tab.
- Click on Payroll Settings.
- Click on Employee Portal Settings.
- Click on Access tab.
- Select the employee's name and click on Grant Access.
The employee should receive an email with the steps on how they can access their pay slips.
