To use the payroll function, you must log in through a web browser, as it is not currently available in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. However, you can access QuickBooks Payroll on an iPad or iPhone using the Safari browser. This provides the same features and capabilities as the web version.
To do this:
- Select the Safari icon on your iPad.
- Go to and log in to http://qbo.intuit.com.
- Select Employees on the left menu.
Additionally, you can also track your payroll transactions by running reports within the program
