Currently, we don't have an option to let your employee fill their time and get paid via payroll run. Also, entering their time to show up on the project tracking time cost isn't available.
But I've got a workaround for you that you may consider. You can look for a third-party application for project and time tracking features.
To find for a third-party app, click on the Apps tab at the left menu, then enter a keyword, like "Time Tracking" and "Project Tracking."
