Just wanted to ask, what do you see on the browser when you access Employees?
Here are some troubleshooting steps that I'd like you to try:
- Clear your cookies and cache: Hold Ctrl + Shift + Del while in a browser for shortcut access to this.
- Enable third party cookies - here is how you do it on Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/61416?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en and Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences
- Try opening QuickBooks in an Incognito (Private) Window and check if you're able to access Employees there.
