Could you please let me know what specific issues you’ve encountered in QuickBooks Online? I’d love to help you, but I need just additional information about your concern.

 

I know how it can be frustrating to sign up for a service and not have it meet your expectations, so hopefully, we can get this sorted out for you.

 

Although, you can follow the steps below if you really wish to cancel your subscription:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.

Once done, the account administrator will receive an email that confirms we canceled your subscription.

 

Additionally, you'll still have read-only access for a year before we permanently delete all your data. I suggest exporting the reports that you might need in the future.
