AMEX has been changing their software that allows for downloads to Quickbooks. When I download transactions Quickbooks asks me to link to the Credit Card account, but it doesn't give me an option to select my current credit card. Then I have no choice but to create a new CC account and this messes up my quickbooks. I can't seem to combine the old and new CC accounts and would prefer not to go through this every month.
