Hello @PCat,
Let me help share how you can import your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks TurboTax.
Currently, the option to import QBO data to TurboTax Desktop without the conversion is unavailable. It's best to convert QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) before following the importing process.
Therefore, here are the links where to can download a trial version of QBDT software, install it, and convert your QBO data:
- Download a Trial of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
- How to Install QuickBooks Enterprise for the First Time?
- Move QuickBooks Online Data to QuickBooks Desktop
Once the conversion is done, here's how you can transfer your data:
- Open your tax return in TurboTax.
- From the TurboTax File menu, select Import.
- Select From Accounting Software.
- Choose QuickBooks.
- Click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.
In addition, here are articles you can read to learn more about the import:
- How do I Import QuickBooks Into the TurboTax CD/Download for Windows?
- How do I Import QuickBooks Data Into TurboTax Business?
Lastly, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Help Articles for QuickBooks TurboTax Desktop.
If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from the migration if preparation for your tax filing, please let me know by leaving any comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand. Take care always!
