Thank you for getting back to us, @samwolkoff. I will be adding some information concerning the error when printing an invoice.
These issues usually occur when another user performs a QuickBooks task that can only be done by one user at a time, even in multi-user mode.
In that instance, you can begin working on your task as soon as the other user has completed theirs. If you know who the user is, you might want to contact them and ask if they might give you a heads-up when they're finished.
