I'm here to help you with your banking concerns in QiuickBooks Online.
You need to connect your account to QuickBooks Online so it will show up on the Banking, otherwise, you can prepare an Excel CSV file for your bank transactions, then manually upload them under that account.
Here's how:
- Prepare your Excel CSV file.
- Sign in to QuickBooks, then click on Banking or Transactions at the left pane.
- Go to the Banking page.
- Tap on Upload transactions.
- Select Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, pick the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then hit Next.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next
- Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next.
- Select Yes, then Let's go.
Once done, review your account and transactions from the Banking screen.

Once your transactions are downloaded, it's time to match and categorize them. They will go directly into your accounts after you review them.
