Hello there, @scpa_kc. Let me share a workaround that you can do while waiting for our engineers to fix this issue.

I have checked that the investigation for this concern is still in progress. In the meantime, I have here a workaround.

Here's how:

  1. Log into account through Public Login.
  2. Go to Setup > Work Locations.
  3. Edit the work location of the EE the customer is receiving the error.
  4. Click Save without making any changes.
  5. You should encounter an error message that the City, State, and Zipcode do not match. If you do not, reach out to next-level support, as this INV is not the issue your customer is experiencing. If you do, continue to Step 6.
  6. Use USPS.com to validate the address and then go back to Step 3 to update the work location in Public Login with the customer's permission.
  7. If there are other work locations, Edit and Save without changes to make sure none of the others are affected as well. If they are, repeat the steps above to fix them.
