If you've already tried the troubleshooting shared by my colleague above, yet, you're still unable to print the 1099 forms, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team. This way, an agent can take a look at your file and isolate what causes the issue.

 

You can contact us through the Help and then select QuickBooks Desktop Help. Our phone agents are available from 6 AM to 6 PM PST every Monday to Friday.

 

If you're unable to print the 1099 forms right after going through the 1099 wizard on the Printer Setup page, we have an ongoing issue about this one. That said, I'd recommend contacting us we can add you to the list of affected users.
