If I may ask, may I know the specific issue you had when trying to connect with our QuickBooks Support? This way, I'll be able to know why you had this kind of experience. Usually, our Support Team is open from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro, Premier, Plus. And, any time, any day for QBDT Enterprise.
During those hours mentioned, you can contact support following these steps:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with an agent.

It took 11 attempts to finally get someone to answer a question. Last year I could just call and get someone on the phone immediately that had the knowledge to help. Today I spoke with Anna it was clear she was not an expert, but she tried her best to get my problems resolved successfully. I greatly appreciated her help. Others that I’ve spoke with in the last 2 days of trying to get this resolved kept saying they couldn’t help contact another department. I’ve wasted hours on this!
