I'd like to add some steps to get your time synced. Once you've switched to single-user mode, please continue with these steps.
Let your employee do a force sync to bring the information over to QuickBooks. Here's how.
- Have your employee(s) open the mobile app.
- Press the Profile bubble at the top left of the screen.
- At the bottom of the screen, they'll see a "Last sync" area.
- Click the two arrows in a circle to force a sync.
