Can you share a bit more information on what's happening?

  • Were you in Admin and single user when running this sync?
  • Are you receiving an error you can share?
  • Are all your payroll items mapped in QuickBooks TIme?

Any information or screenshots you can share will allow me to understand a bit more what the issue is and help you get to where you need to be to get assistance.
