Other questions

I know that this hasn't been easy for you, mmjensen008.

I also understand that most online banking websites no longer support Internet Explorer for security purposes. While the option to integrate other web browsers is still unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. Your suggestions and ideas will help us stay in tune with what our customers need, want, and expect. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Send Feedback Online, then select Product Suggestion.
  3. Pick a type of feedback and product area (optional) from the available drop-down menus.
  4. Enter any suggestions/feedback in your Here is my suggestion field.
  5. If you'd like, include your name/email in the My name is and My e-mail address is fields.
  6. When you're done, click Send Feedback.

In the meantime, you'll want to consider directly downloading your transactions from your financial institution as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file. Then, import it into the program.

I'm also adding this article to help review and categorize your online banking transactions: Add and match transactions.

You can always find me here if you have any other concerns or further questions about bank feeds. Stay safe and have a great rest of the day.
