Yeah, Intuit products are truly the worst. Support consistently makes it sound like it's something you did on your end, but the fact of the matter is that their software and their support is abysmal. Just now I rebooted a Windows server and the Database Manager Server won't start no matter what I try. No good reason. Just Intuit. There aren't network error. Their little utility just says "resolve errors and retry." The error is QuickBooks. Every time.
