I appreciate your response, but the fact is, you shouldn’t have responded if you don’t know what you are talking about. Please google the issue and you will see thousands of other complaints just like mine. Quickbooks refuses to acknowledge or fix this issue because y’all want everyone doing this online. However, the online version is tedious at best, un-usable and inefficient. Please stop telling people to do useless things like rebuild data. Every time I use the bank reconciliation “feature”, I have to end up diagnosing and fixing the QUickbooks installation, which takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. Then the “feature” works ok for a few minutes, and then it happens all over again.
So again, please google the issue and find the others that are having problems. Either have your team fix the thing, or tell people in these forums what we already know – that Quickbooks does not actually care about the accountants and professionals using their products, and we are the ones keeping you in business. I tell normal people to use Excel over Quickbooks every single time I am asked.
