Thank you for your reply. I literally can not access QB to be able to follow your suggestion. 

This is the wall I have been hitting since Friday. (Sorry if the photo is large. I'm posting from my phone). Clicking "Install Now" leads to no download happening. The little blue circle next to the cursor goes around for a second and then nothing.
