So, I followed the Instructions to download 2021 and my computer upgraded my QB 2019
files. Then I tried to purchase the license and could not! I called your sales and they said I have
to buy 2022! So I did, they said it would work on OS 10.15 and it did not! Now I a, downloading
the new Mac OS Monterey and it is stuck. I am very upset! I followed the advice here and
now don’t have access to my business data on QB.
