For now, we can only share the general info about these errors and the troubleshooting steps that is required to resolve them.

 

As per my colleague Giovann_G, you'll encounter these errors when your company file is located on a network.

 

If you have performed the troubleshooting steps provided above, but still getting the same result, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have more tools to review what's causing these errors, and can check with our Tier 2 support to get the meaning on each error code.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to Help QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
  3. From the Contact Us page, select any topics.
  4. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Start a Message or Get Phone Number button.
