Other questions

Thanks for considering to transition from Quicken to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Shelly1818. I'm here to share details as to how you can transfer your data accordingly.

You're in control of how much data or amount of years you're going to transfer from Quicken to QBO. Yes, you'll have to make sure your Chart of Accounts (COA) on QBO has all the same ones you have with Quicken. This way, you can keep your financial data accurate.

Once your Excel spreadsheets (CSV file) are ready after exporting them from Quicken, import them in a specific order to QBO. To do this, go to the Gear icon, then select the Import Data tool. Then, you can follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.

Also, I'm adding this article to answer the most frequently asked questions about importing data to QBO: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about the information you can import and links that provides the step-by-step guide in importing each spreadsheet in order.

Please don't hesitate to keep me posted on how it goes. Let me know in the comments if you have other importing concerns in QBO. I'm always around to help. Stay safe, and I wish you continued success, @Shelly1818.
