I can see that Charies M shared a few steps, and it sounds like you’ve already tried them. Let’s not take any further steps yet because the issue only happens on the secondary company, and we don't want the primary to get affected by any changes.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support, so they can start a screen-sharing session to see your setup and to find the root cause of the display issue.

 

On the other hand, you can also check out the article about opening and using a second company file to see the list of restrictions.
