Welcome to the Community, douglas-brobst.

May I know what you're trying to achieve? I'd appreciate it if you can give me few details about what you're trying to do.

In the meantime, we can perform troubleshooting that will fix browsing issues. To start, open a private window  for your browser and access your QuickBooks Online account from there.

To open a private window for your browser follow the shortcut keys below:

  • For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • For Safari (Mac) - press Shift + Command + N.
  • For Firefox - press CTRL + Shift + P.

If you're able to access it, then that's good. You can go back to your regular browsing window and clear some cache. This will help replace those temporary internet files that are outdated or corrupted over time.

You can also try using other supported browser that best works with QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back to us and add some details by clicking the Reply button below. I'll keep an eye for your response. Have a nice weekend!
