In QuickBooks Online, you can efficiently print any forms, including invoices, by printing them in batch. Let me walk you through the steps on how to accomplish this.
- Go to Sales.
- Select Invoices.
- Choose all the invoices you wanted to print.
- Under Batch Actions, select Print.
- Review the document form of your customer's invoices.
- Click Print.
