I have some information about using other browsers. Currently, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) only supports Internet Explorer 11.0. To update, please visit Microsoft's website.
After updating, make IE your default browser:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner (or click Tools).
- Click Internet Options. Then, select the Programs tab.
- Under Default Web Browser tap the Make Default button.
- Click OK.
