Let's unlock your account so you can continue working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, teresa84.

You'll want to make sure that you have an active QBO subscription so you can access your account. If your account has already been canceled for over a year, then the information is no longer available and you're unable to access your account.

However, if you haven't canceled your account, you should be able to view all the information. If your QBO sign-in information isn't accepted, you can reset your password or get your user-id so you'll be able to unlock your account. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page.
  2. Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

But if you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to sign in, you can reach out to our support team to request assistance. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
