I suspect the answer is " you can't" because Quickbooks has too many limitations, but I'm posing this question just in case someone has an answer.
I'm looking for a way to bulk email or mark "email later" many invoices at once. I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019 WITH Multicurrency Enabled.
Facts / Limitations:
- Invoices are not marked "Email Later" because they are imported from an IIF file and (for some reason) that is literally the one option developers did not enable for IIF imports.
- I can't use Income Tracker to select and email because (for some reason) Income Tracker is turned off when using MultiCurrency. Same as create batch invoices
- There are about 1,000 invoices, so I would PREFER not to email one at a time.
This seems like it should be a simple fix and I'm not sure why everything is conspiring against me here, but this just may be a limitation of Quickbooks. Anyone else run into this or have any ideas?
