Hello, Doug.

I appreciate adding the links and doing what you can to resolve the issue. Before we take this to our support, I have a couple of solutions you can do to fix the scrip errors.

Have you tried running the Tool Hub? If it not, it can help you fix most issues when using QuickBooks (including script errors). Here's how to run it:

  1. Download the latest version from this article: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
  2. After downloading, run and install the Tool Hub.
  3. Run the Tool Hub, then click the Program Problems tab.
  4. Follow the prompts to fix the script issue.

If you haven't done it yet, you can also repair your QuickBooks Desktop copy: Repair your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.

However if you're still encountering the script errors, I would recommend contacting our support at this point. They'll check your script error files and help you resolve them. Here's how to reach them:

If you can open QuickBooks Desktop:

  1. When the program is opened, press the F1 key.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. In the box, type something like "Script errors in QuickBooks."
  4. Click Let's talk, then choose how you want to reach us.

If you can't open the program, you'll want to go to this link to contact us: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/contact.

After fixing the issue, do you need to run reports for your financials? This article can help you out: Understand reports.

I'm ready to help you out if you have other questions with QuickBooks Desktop. If you're looking to complete your other tasks, let me know and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
