I was able to resolve this issue by using the followings steps. First, here are the 4 script error URL's perhaps these match what you are seeing:

Note; if you are in Windows 10 there's likely no Internet Explorer icon. The following will open Internet Explorer:
- Open QuickBooks and from the Help tab click Internet Connection Setup.
- Click Next and then Advanced Connection Settings.
- Now from the Security tab click Restricted Sites option.
- Click Sites and copy and paste the URL that you are getting in the error message or if they are the same as mine above, simply copy and paste the 4 above
- Now click Add and then hit Close.
- Finally click OK and Done to save the changes.
