My client has tried logging into her account but doesn't remember password.  When we click forgot password nothing happens.  You can send the annoying emails to sign in but not a link to reset.  Now she has received the following email....

 

Delinking of your Intuit account from xxxxxxx

Hi,

As you’ve not signed in to xxxx using your Intuit Account, xxx, for quite some time, your Intuit Account has been delinked from this company file. You don’t have access to Intuit Account role(s) in this company file anymore.

 

What can the client do????
