Thank you for posting in the Community. I'm here to provide insight into your concern on how you can clear orders out of Express Pick-Pack in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can delete the sales order and recreate it with a newly assigned picker on the worksheet. Note: Sales orders and picklists are non-posting entries.
Here's how:
- Click the Customer menu, then choose Customer Center.
- Find the customer where the sales orders were recorded under.
- Double-click on the test sales order.
- Click the Delete button.
This will remove the sales orders from the Dashboard on the Worksheet.
