Thanks for reaching back out to me. I appreciate you letting us know that the list of errors didn't help and that your error wasn't listed on the site.
With everything being said, the only list of error codes and explanations is the one I provided you with. To get an answer to why is are appearing when using the Verify and Rebuild tool, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use advanced tools to look at the back end of your account. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give us all the error messages you're receiving in the description box and tap Let's Talk.
- Scroll down and click the Get a callback option.
