We can create your Intuit account outside QuickBooks. This helps provides a platform to control users’ access to all your Intuit-connected services without granting access to the QuickBooks Company file.
May I ask if you receive an error message when trying to set up an account? I appreciate any extra information you can give and it will help us isolate the issue and provide the best solution. Also, make sure that your program is updated to the latest release.
To create an account, here's how:
- Go to the Intuit accounts page.
- Click the Create an account link at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your email address, phone number, and add your password.
- Select Create Account, once completed.
Once you have created your account, go back to your QuickBooks program and log into your company file with this information. You can refer to this article if you already have an account and need to change the password.
