Currently, we received a new open investigation about unable to delete an accountant and getting an error "Please try again? Sorry, this accountant is currently responsible for this company's QuickBooks subscription. Please contact the accountant to transfer the subscription to the company, and try again". Our engineers are working on a solution to get this feature working back to normal as quickly as possible.

 

While waiting for the permanent fix, we’ll have to add the company to the notification list. To expedite the process, provide the following number: INV-59155.

 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. Then, click Continue.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.

 

Then, you'll receive a notification once information is available.
