Hello there, @WHI2001. I'm here to lend a hand. 

 

To help resolve common issues when using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you'll want to ensure your QuickBooks copy is updated to the latest release. Once done, check the web mail's settings in the preferences.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Edit menu at the top. 
  2. Select Preferences
  3. In the left menu, click Send Forms
  4. Under My Preferences tab, select the email account you're using.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. In the Edit Email Info screen go to the SMTP Server Details section and set the server name and port to your email provider settings. Refer to Set up your email service in QuickBooks Desktop for a list of SMTP Server and Ports.
