Thank you for responding so quickly. I have already been exporting from Intuit online payroll for a few years now. My problem is really that as of a couple weeks ago, I started getting an error message when I try to send financial reports to my clients. It happened all of a sudden to all my client files and I didn't change anything on my end. I use webmail and AOL as the internet provider. from what I read when I posed my initial question, it said that now there is a 3rd party involved and I might need to disable that feature in order to send reports to my clients in the old manner. I know now that you have to login to Intuit with your credentials, so I was simply asking how to do that as well. Not liking all these changes and I agree with everyone else that my QB files from my desktop don;t need to be on anyone else's server but mine and my backup company whom already pay.
