This is only occurring with ONE user, and ONE workstation on the network.  Data file should not be an issue as the problem is not occurring for ALL users.

I have uninstalled QB and Office 365.  Also, used the Quickbooks Tool to troubleshoot.  

The issue of the message in Outlook being sent from QB without edits made being saved in the Outlook Message.  Appears to be an issue with the Outlook and QB integration. 

Please provide ALL steps for a CLEAN Re-install of QB Desktop Enterprise 2021.
