I know you would like users to believe that your CAMPs is provided for the users benefit and that it conveys some level of security that the user desperately needs. Of course that is not exactly true. When the user logs into CAMPs from a browser they are afforded whatever they need to manage their account. When they are forced to log on via the software it provides Intuit the opportunity to verify that the user has a licensed version and to further snoop into the users use of the software including access to any company account the user then has open.
