With all due respect MaryJoyD, I think you should read the whole thread and you will see that this has been recommended and does not help. The current versions of Quickbooks are hopeless...I have been using it since 2002 and never run into such a mess with this software. Totally unbelievable that Intuit won't fix this train wreck.
