With all due respect, you seem to be new to this problem!!! Do you not think after almost 28 years of using QuickBooks through thick and thin I would not have verified and rebuilt the data?? A problem which has existed for more than 7 years and no one seems to care about fixing it, is not resolved by a simple verify and rebuild. There is a bug in the program and needs to be fixed.
