Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community.
I appreciate your time and patience to get this fixed. I'll make sure that you can sync licenses and have multi-user access.
Make sure that the company file stored on the Host computer:
- In QBDT, go to the File menu at the top to get to the Utilities and Host Multi-User Access.
- Click Yes on the confirmation window.
