I'm here to share some information and clarify about In QuickBooks button in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're referring to the screenshot below, you'll need to make sure that you're using Business view when accessing your QBO account. This way, you'll able to see the In QuickBooks balance again.
Here's how to switch the view:
- Go to the Gear icon in the top right.
- Click Switch to Business view.
3. Review your Banking tab.
Business View has different terminology and slightly different presentation from the original look that accounting pros are used to seeing, which is now called Accountant View. For more details, check out this article: QuickBooks Online: Evolution and innovation Updates.
If you're referring to the In QuickBooks tab on the Banking page, then QuickBooks updated it. This way, it makes it more convenient for our customers.
