My issue is related, but a little different. I periodically get an e-mail from QuickBooks Desktop <[email address removed]>, with the following beginning - "

We noticed you haven’t signed in to your Intuit account for over 180 days. It’s important for an admin to keep company file’s Intuit account active by signing in once every 180 days."

I have QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019 version, and use Enhanced Payroll.

The thing is, I regularly sign into QuickBooks, but my User ID is not my e-mail address. Is this what is causing the issue? I would dearly love for this to be corrected, because I fear that this is a prelude to getting locked out of QuickBooks.
