If you're an employee, you can inform your employer to send you an email invite so you can sign in to ViewMyPaycheck. To proceed on signing in, you can read this article for the detailed steps and information: QuickBooks Workforce: Access your Paychecks and W-2’s online.
Also, your employer need to set up for QuickBooks Workforce for the paycheck information to automatically upload to Intuit's servers. To do so, you can follow the steps below:
- In your QuickBooks Online, select the Workers menu from the left panel.
- Select Employees.
- In the Pay section, select the pencil icon.
- Add your employee's email address in the Personal info section.
- Select Invite this employee to view their paystubs and W-2s online.
- Click Done.
After that, the invitation will be emailed to your employee.
