I appreciate you proving details about the suspicious call you received. This will set as an early warning for other QuickBooks users.

 

To prevent these scam phone calls happen again, I highly recommend not to include private information (such as email address, phone number, etc.) when posting here in the Community. 

 

Also, to verify if the call you received is from Intuit, you can directly contact our phone support team. Use our QuickBooks Official Contact Us link. They can also review your account to check the recent phone calls received. 

 

However, if you keep receiving this kind of phone call, you can report this information through our email. To guide you with the process, please head to the Reporting fraudulent calls or emails received from parties claiming to be affiliated with Intuit page.
