We consider our customer suggestions when looking for product improvements and ways to enhance QuickBooks. As of now, we are unable to give you a specific time frame as to when this option will be added in QuickBooks.
You'll want to follow the workaround suggested by my peer above to export your report to excel and add the totals from there. I would recommend visiting our blog site.
