When you contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team, they'll usually respond right away or help without the long wait times. And, yes, there is a live support team. You just have to select callback or We’ll contact you option. From there, you can fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back.
Here's how:
- Press F1 to open the Help window.
- From the search icon, type Contact Support.
- Click Contact us at the bottom part.
- Give a brief description of your issue about downloading trial version and click the Search button.
- You'll be routed with How to connect with a QuickBooks expert and you choose which one is best for you.
- Message an Agent – Allows you to chat directly with a support agent.
- Talk to a Specialist – Arranges a callback from a support agent.
On the other hand, you're unable to find the 2016 trial version on the article or link given above. This is because Intuit won't offer discontinued versions of QuickBooks. You'll have to find this software outside QuickBooks.
