There are four solutions you can use to fix this issue with font size on your QuickBooks Desktop home page.
Solution 1: Change QuickBooks DPI settings
- Right-click on the QuickBooks icon, then select Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab, and select Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.
- Click Apply, then OK.
- Open QuickBooks and check to see if the windows are visible.
Solution 2: Change the Desktop View Preference
- Open your company file.
- From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
- Choose Desktop View. Then, My Preferences.
- Switch View from Multiple Windows to One Window.
