I'm here to help you see your inventory movements in QuickBooks Online.
To do this, let's run the Physical Inventory Worksheet report. Then, customize it to show the details of all the movements for one inventory item only.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Type in Physical Inventory Worksheet in the search field, then click to open.
- Click the Customize button.
- Enter the correct report period.
- Select the Filter arrow.
- Choose the specific product under the Product/Service drop-down.
- Click Run report.

Once done pulling up the report, you can memorize it. This way, you'll be able to save its current customized settings.
