Thanks for sharing with us the steps you’ve performed and letting us know the result.


When you customize the sales order, its format doesn’t come over to the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet page. The Dashboard will show the default layout.


If you wish to use the customized sale order, select it by going to the Template section of the transaction. Let me help show the steps.

 

  1. On the Sales Order page, navigate to the Template section and click the drop-down to select the one you wish to use.
  2. If you’ve added the Pick or Pack column, manually enter the information.
  3. Fill in the remaining fields.
  4. Tap the Print icon and select the correct transaction type.slr.png

 

To print the picklist, you’ll have to choose the Send for picking option. I’ll guide you through the process.

 

  1. Open the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet page, tick the box for the sales order you’re working on.
  2. Click the Action drop-down to choose Send for picking.slr1.png
  3. In the Create Picklists screen, mark the box of the sales order you wish to print and hit Next.
  4. Press the Print picklist button.slr2.png
